Kinesiology originated in the United States in the 1960s, when chiropractors began exploring the links between posture, muscle tone and overall balance.
This practice combines modern Western methods with concepts drawn from the energy-based principles of Traditional Chinese Medicine.
Kinesiology, or the “science of movement,” is a holistic approach that explores the relationship between the body, emotions and a person’s life experiences. It uses muscle testing as a way of communicating with the body, helping to identify imbalances or sources of stress and supporting the person in restoring greater balance.
What is the kinesiology?

Listen.
Understand.
Release.
Touch for Health®

These techniques can help relieve tension and discomfort and support the body’s energy flow by stimulating different points, such as neurovascular points, neurolymphatic points and meridians.
They work across three dimensions: structure and posture (physical), mental and emotional well-being (stress and emotions), and biochemical balance (including the nervous and endocrine systems).
Kinesiology draws on a range of different techniques. Each session is unique and personalised according to the individual’s needs, concerns and personal history, at any age.
Important: this practice complements your healthcare journey and does not replace your doctor’s follow-up
My Techniques
Brain Gym®

This technique consists of simple, engaging exercises designed to help optimise connections within the brain. It aims to improve the coordination of vision, hearing, writing and movement, supporting communication, focus, understanding and concentration.
Three in One Concept

This technique works at a deeper emotional and behavioural level. It explores patterns held within our emotional memory in order to help release repetitive behaviours and limiting beliefs, allowing the person to move forward with new, more positive patterns.
Frequently Asked Questions
Do you have questions about kinesiology or how an at-home session works? Here are a few answers to help clarify things.
What is muscle testing?
The kinesiologist uses gentle pressure to assess changes in muscle tone (the arm is often used), without applying force or causing pain.
Can I have a session even if I’m sceptical?
Yes, of course. The session does not depend on whether you “believe in it” or not. Kinesiology seeks information directly through the body, particularly through muscle testing, rather than analysing everything with the mind. Curiosity is enough.
How many sessions are necessary?
There is no set number of sessions in advance. Everyone is different, and each session is tailored to your needs. Sometimes one session may be enough, while 2 to 3 sessions may be necessary depending on your goal.
Are the effects immediate?
Experiences can vary from one person to another. Some people notice a change at the end of the session, such as relief from discomfort, while for others the effects develop gradually over the following days.
Which areas do you cover in Indre-et-Loire?
I mainly work in Tours and the surrounding area.
